​Bundle of Blooms is a home based floral business, therefore, we do not stock up flowers like retail flower shops do.  All flowers are freshly bought from our suppliers a few days prior to your requested date.  In order for us to put the best quality of materials together, please place your order at least 5 business days in advance (not including bulk flower orders).  For weddings and events, please contact us for a free consultation.  All final quotes are valid for 10 business days and are subject to availability.

We accept cash and E-Transfer.  All flower orders must be paid in full, except for weddings and special events.  For weddings and special events, a $100 deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to your special day.  Wedding floral service starts at a minimum of $1000, not including tax, delivery and set up fees.  For wedding florals over $2,500, a deposit of $500 is required.  All deposits paid are non-refundable, and non-transferable to other person and/or for other purpose.  Please visit our Wedding Policy for full details.

To place an order or book a free virtual consultation, please email, text or whatsapp us.  All new orders and inquiries will be replied within 48 hours. We do not accept cancellation, change of order, exchange or refund on floral arrangement once the order is confirmed.  For weddings and special events, please notify us on any changes at least 1 month prior to your special day.  As mentioned earlier, wedding floral order has to maintain a minimum $1000 before tax, delivery and set up fees, and all deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bundle of Blooms reserves the right to substitute a flower of equal or greater value in case a flower ordered is not available due to quality or seasonal availability issues.  We cannot provide refunds in these rare cases, and we appreciate your understanding.
